Easy Fudge
Ingredients:
16 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions:
Line a 8x8 baking dish with aluminum foil, leaving some stick out on
two sides, so you can use them as handles to pull the fudge mixture
out.
Melt the chocolate chips in a large bowl in the microwave or in a
double boiler on the stove. Add the sweetened condensed milk and
stir until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
Fold in the chopped walnuts.
Pour the mixture into the foil lined baking dish and allow to
harden completely in a cool place.
Carefully pull out the foil with the hardened fudge inside.
Remove the foil and cut the fudge into small squares.

Christmas Traditions
Set out your Nativity set. If you haven't already, unwrap your
Nativity scene with your children. If it's too fragile, then buy
them a more durable one of their own.
They'll love playing with the shepherds and the camels, and
reenacting the Christmas story.
