Christmas Craft of the Day
Santa Mask
This is an oldie but a goodie. Take a paper plate and cut out
holes for eyes and mouth in preparation for making a mask.
Then, the fun begins. Give you child some glue and cotton balls.
Let her tear up the cotton balls or leave them puffy, but glue them
onto the mask to give Santa hair, eyebrows and a beard.
After the glue dries, you can cut out a hat from red and black
construction paper and decorate the rest of Santa's face.
Then, your child can wear the mask around the house. Be sure to
teach your child how to say "Ho! Ho! Ho!"
Easy Christmas Snack or Recipe

Peanut Brittle
Ingredients:
1 cup raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
pinch of salt
1 ts butter
1 ts vanilla
1 ts baking soda
Directions:
Combine the peanuts, sugar, corn syrup and salt in a glass bowl.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir it well, then cook an
additional 4 minutes. Add the butter and vanilla. Stir until they
are well combined with the other ingredients. Microwave for two more
minutes. Gently stir in the baking soda until the mixture is foamy.
Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil and pour the mixture on
the foil. Let it cool, then break it into pieces.

Christmas Traditions
Throw an Annual Christmas Party for the
Adults
Adults may enjoy charades or a Christmas sing-a-long. Or you could
play musical chairs with a twist. Have the men get down on one knee,
while the women walk around them to the tune of jingle bells. When
the music stops, each woman has to sit on a man’s knee. This game is
so much fun, that your guests will laugh until they cry.
